Below, you will find our Membership brochure, detailing the exciting benefits, application requirements, and annual rates, not including the Fisher Island Community Association’s (FICA) annual dues, which currently is: $53,378.36.

NEW YEAR’S EVE CELEBRATION

Equity Membership Application

  • Equity Membership Application completed and signed by applicant and spouse*
  • Purchase agreement signed by applicant and spouse
  • If married, a copy of your marriage certificate
  • Clear color copies of driver’s licenses or passports
  • 2 Letters of recommendation from Equity Members who have known you at least 5 years. (Please note Members who are realtors, family Members and Board Members are not eligible, these letters can be accepted only as additional support letters)
  • 1 Personal reference letter (Does not have to be an Equity Member)
  • 1 Business reference letter (Does not have to be an Equity Member)
    Please ensure you list any Private Clubs you belong to, as we request (Verifications of Memberships in good standing)
  • Background check forms completed by applicant and spouse
  • Payment for Equity contribution fee of $350,000.00 / Wire instructions attached. Please add to the information on the wire your name plus “Membership application”

*If you are purchasing the Equity Membership in the Name of an Entity, please request the Entity Membership Application and we will gladly send it.

How long is the Membership Application process?

Once the completed application and initiation fee are submitted (refer to the checklist), background checks are conducted, which may take 5-10 business days (longer for international applicants).
The Membership Committee will then review the application (allow 3-5 business days). They may approve the applicant or request an interview if additional references or information are needed.
After Committee approval, the candidates are posted for 14 days, during which time Members may submit comments. On the 15th day, the application is sent to the Board of Directors for final review. Once approved, the Membership Director will send a welcome email to schedule orientation.
It is imperative to note that this timeframe is only referential; each application is unique and may extend beyond the steps listed above.

How soon can I use my Membership if approved?

Memberships become active on the first day of the next month following the approval. (Ex: Memberships approved in June become active July 1.)

When will the Club and FICA dues be billed?
What is the policy on pets?
  • Dogs on leashes are permitted in the outside dining areas of the Beach Club, Sunset Bar, La Trattoria, and Island Market, but must remain on the floor and not on laps, chairs, Club beach towels, or other furniture.
  • Pets (including emotional-support animals) are not allowed in the indoor or outdoor dining areas of Porto Cervo, Garwood, Theapolis, and Greenside.
  • Pets are not allowed within any of the Club Facilities, including Spa Internazionale, Salone di Bellezza, the Island Market, the beach and pool areas, on the golf course or practice areas, or at the Racquet Club.
  • All pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other Members and quests.
Are children included in the Membership?
If I decide to sale my Membership in the future, what is the Equity resale value (as of today)?
